In a world of much noise, we believe quiet, focused, intentional support speaks loudly. Coherent living, coherent stories, effective outcomes. We promote in person meetings to also build deep relationships with those we work with in order to build trust and meaningful relationships.

We adapt to create value at all times

Mature, constant dialogue to ensure that every professional relationship brings value to all parties throughout the engagement. One month of full support followed by two months of something more low key? We can probably make that work, and more.

We are hyper aware of the imbalance of modern society in fostering a wellbeing economy that priorities what matters. We try to constantly check ourselves to make sure work doesn’t consume our lives, but instead helps us and our clients thrive. We champion wellbeing as an essential part of business success too.

Our Principles

1) Find New Perspectives: When necessary, invert America

Joaquin Torres Garcia, Uruguayan artist, created the pen and ink drawing, 'Inverted America' with the concept of 'our North is the South'. The ripping up of the rulebook and looking at the world through fresh eyes is how we feel sometimes.

2) Design containers to experience: Introspective Journeys

Austral Thinking was born on a sailboat in Uruguay on a collaborative, challenging journey. We seek to design these journeys in ways that give us space, time and freedom to explore important themes in our lives.

3) Notice the Wind: Observe and act

We use Austral Thinking to place nature as an active participant in how we make decisions. Fostering the capacity in us to recognize changing winds and respond with a dynamic plan.
